When you become of a certain age you learn so many things about your body. Our bodies make many biological changes as we have children and just age in general. One, of those changes is bladder leakage. Yep, bladder leakage happens to me and just about every woman I know, young and old.
Bladder leakage may be subtle at first, a little pee after a sneeze or a cough. Then, it’s leakage after a laugh or you’re just walking from the car to the mall door and finally for no reason at ALL!! I’ve been there! I’ve tried the Kegal exercises, I even tried limiting my intake of fluids after hours. Nothing really seemed to stop the bladder leakage. I stopped going places very far from home. I stopped participating in a local hustle class I’d been taking for years. Anytime I left the house I used the bathroom before I left home and locating a bathroom was usually my first stop when I arrived to my destination.
My life had changed… I was no longer the outgoing, shop to you drop person I enjoyed being. Frequent bladder leakage really stopped me from enjoying an active lifestyle. For a while I tried using menstrual pads, but they didn’t work very long, primarily because they weren’t designed for bladder leakage. Then, finally I discovered Always Discreet bladder leakage products at Target.
Always has a full line of products designed to help you whether your bladder leakage is a little or a lot. Always Discreet line of bladder leakage products has allowed me to go back to dancing and leading the active lifestyle I’m accustomed too.
