Until a few weeks ago I never had the opportunity to try Jamba Juice Smoothies. All I could do is live vicariously through my friends who were always telling me how amazing their smoothie are. There are no locations in Detroit. But then a sponsor sent me coupons to try Jamba Juice At- Home Red Fusion and Blue Fusion Smoothies.
Initially trying to locate the smoothies proved to be very difficult. They simply were no where to be found. After scouring my local grocery stores I finally found them at my local Meijer store.

Now that my two youngest are attending high school mornings are a lot more hectic than they used to be. They’ve never been early risers or morning people. In fact I’ve never considered my family to be very traditional. We don’t sit down every morning and have a full balanced breakfast over family chit-chat. Our house is usually full of teens arguing over tennis shoes, lost homework and the bathroom. During the chaos I’m usually trying to put together a quick something nutritional they can eat on their way out the door all while playing time keeper so they won’t be late.
The Jamba Juice At- Home Smoothies allow me to at least serve them something nutritional and tasty before they run out the door. They are full of veggies, fruit, vitamins and minerals. I simply grab a bag out of the freezer load it into the blender with my favorite juice (package suggest Apple Juice) add ice and blend until smooth. That’s it. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes. One bag is two (2) servings which only adds to the simplicity.
Red Fusion combines: raspberry, strawberry, dark sweet cherry, purple carrot and sweet potato
Blue Fusion combines : blueberry, banana, apple, blackberry, carrot, broccoli and spinach.
If I didn’t read the list of ingredients I would never know what was in the smoothies by the taste. The truth is all you taste is frozen fruit. The taste is great and the perfect addition to get our mornings going, well more smoothly. Look for the Jamba At-Home smoothies in your grocers freezer section.
