Working as an active blogger is not as easy as I thought it would be. I receive tons of solicitation emails and products from many many PR personnel and companies. Trying to keep up with all of my product reviews, PR dates and giveaways is nearly impossible without a business planner.
In this day of all things “tech” I thought I could keep up electronically with all of my blogging dates. Boy was I wrong. Once Life got in the way I was missing dates and deadlines right and left. My House of Doolittle business planner and 2014 calendar really help me to stay on top of all things blogging concerned. The business planner is small but not tiny so it won’t get lost in the sea of papers on my desk. It’s leather bound and has some amazing tidbits of information in the back of it, like, all of the U.S. area codes, time zones around the world and metric conversions to name a few.
The space in my planner is enough for me to not only write out important dates but to plan out entire weeks and months in advance. Planning is extremely important when you’re a one woman business. I plan out promotions, start and end dates of giveaways as well as companies I may want to “pitch”.
The 2014 desk calendar is large and acts as a template for all of my family planning dates. With 2 sons playing basketball it is very easy to forget a game if it isn’t written down. It’s also made out of recycled paper which saves trees, the environment and the Earth for my children. Overall I have become more organized by incorporating these House of Doolittle products into my very hectic life. No longer am I missing dead lines because I tried to commit way too many deadlines to memory.
If becoming more organized is on your “To-Do-List” this year Shoplet has all the items to help you reach your organizational goals. Now, if someone would come out with a product to help me with my litany of emails I would be FOREVER grateful.
