Italian Turkey Burger
Makes 4 Servings
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
1 Pound ground Turkey
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, & Oregano (drained well)
1 egg beaten
1/4 C. bread crumbs
Salt & black pepper to taste
Combined ground turkey, Red Gold Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic & Oregano, egg and bread crumbs in a bowl. Form into patties and season with salt and black pepper. Place on grill and cook to desired temperature, 160′ for completely cooked burgers.
Serving Suggestions: Serve on toasted Italian bread with heated pasta sauce and Italian cheese
