Dr. Akua Woolbright: If you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables and you know you’re going to use them, I encourage you to do so. In today’s society many of us are very busy and frozen fruits and vegetables are “flash frozen” and very safe to eat (and they lasts longer than fresh).

Dr. Akua Woolbright: No, I am now holding my classes abroad in the Metropolitan Detroit community. I teach about the 4 pillars to healthy eating. Real food vs. fake food. I am willing to host my classes at business’s, churches and community organizations. These classes are Free of Charge.
DetroitMom: Oh wow! That’s awesome. How do we get in touch with you if we would like to hold a class? Also would you be willing to share healthy recipes on my blog on a bi-weekly bases?
