- 2 box(s) of Gorton’s Skillet Crisp Tilapia
- 1/2 C. plain yogurt
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 jalapeno pepper minced
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon capers
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dillweed
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 12 oz pkg. corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
In a medium bowl mix yogurt, lime, jalapeno peppers, capers and spices(seasonings). Place in refrigerator. Cook Tialpia according to instructions. Shred cabbage. Assemble as you would tacos top with shredded cabbage and top off with yogurt lime sauce. The above recipe fed my family of 5.
