The Woodward Dream Cruise
Classic cars will be once again perusing down Woodward Avenue officially starting this Saturday, but I’ve seen classic cars on Woodward all this week! In existence for the past 17 years, the Dream Cruise was originally started as a Fundraiser for a Soccer Field.

The African American World Festival: Friday August 17-Sun. August 19
The AFW has always been my favorite festival. The music, the vendors and the FOOD! Ahhhhh! It is so amazing and awesome. This year the festival has moved from Hart Plaza to the Charles H. Wright Museum of African History. I guess that is an appropriate Venue for the Festival. They have a plethora of activities people of all Races should enjoy. The city will be closing down surrounding side streets, so get their early parking is sure to be SCARCE.
